Professional Odyssey

A truly random career path took me to over seventeen countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. My professional experience over this expansive geography has significantly impacted not only my professional mindset but me personally. I have been an Organisational Turnaround specialist and Transformation Executive for two decades, within several billion-dollar organization's and governments. Now serving as a Fractional Executive, delivering interim leadership across sectors.

My strategic knowledge and insights have been built and utilized in leading initiatives for defense, government and healthcare transformations within the Big 4 and beyond. My work is nearly always confidential, but I like to write about what I’m seeing as an industry insider.
